1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the maryph website located at maryph.org, including all associated pages, features, games, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through maryph, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

maryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the maryph Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the maryph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine online gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or legal entity in registering or using a maryph account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by maryph.

maryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) maryph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. maryph is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

maryph reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include requesting a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and GCash or PayMaya account verification screenshots.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the maryph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). maryph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the maryph cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to maryph's verification requirements. maryph reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Standard processing times are:

• GCash / Maya: within 5 minutes for verified accounts
• BPI / BDO / UnionBank / Metrobank: 1–3 banking days
• USDT TRC20: within 24 hours subject to network confirmation

maryph reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal that is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, a pending KYC review, or a suspected violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

maryph offers bonuses and promotional incentives subject to specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made. General bonus conditions applicable to all maryph promotions include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or GCash/PayMaya account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• maryph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse, collusion, or manipulation is detected.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from player balances without notice.
• maryph may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the maryph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game interface rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

maryph uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are governed by the rules presented by the presiding dealer in real time. All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the Platform. maryph is not responsible for player errors, misplaced bets, or technical issues on the player's device or internet connection.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, maryph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagered amount to the player's balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maryph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Use of software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game rules or exploit bonus terms.
• Money laundering or using the maryph Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts or permitting another person to use your maryph account.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the maryph Platform's technical infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

maryph is committed to promoting responsible gambling across the Philippines. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through the maryph account dashboard. Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling activity may request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion by contacting maryph support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the maryph Platform — including but not limited to the maryph brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of maryph or its licensed suppliers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any maryph content without express prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

maryph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the maryph Privacy Policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to maryph's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy. maryph does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. maryph's total liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maryph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to maryph's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction.
